Beyond Rodeph Sholom School

High School Counseling

Starting in 7th Grade, students and their parents are guided by the Director of High School Counseling and a team of internal experts through a student-centered process that matches high school programs to each student for the best fit. This process allows students, at the crucial moment of adolescence, to grow agency, self-advocacy, and independence, preparing them for academic and professional life beyond their time at Rodeph Sholom School.

This process, and the rest of their Rodeph Sholom School experiences, enables graduates to attend some of the finest independent and public schools in the New York City area. We take great pride in our ability to prepare our students for high school’s academic and social challenges and make every effort to ensure that students select schools where they will continue to grow and flourish.
