PA Challah Purchase Form

Purchase a loaf of egg challah to be delivered to your classroom each Friday by the Parents Association by filling out the form below. The cost is $111.72 for 28 deliveries. Challah distribution will begin on Friday, September 27th. There is no delivery when school is not in session. DEADLINE TO PURCHASE is Monday, September 16th at 12 noon. (NOTE: Purchases made after distribution begins will NOT be prorated. Refunds will not be issued for unforeseen delivery issues.)
